Return & Refund Policy

At Junior Spark, we always try to deliver comfortable, stylish, and quality kidswear for your little ones. We carefully check our products before dispatch, but we also request our customers to check the product properly at the time of delivery.

Please Check the Product During Delivery

Customers are requested to check the product at the time of delivery, while the delivery person is present.

Please check the size, color, design, product condition, and any visible defect before receiving the parcel.

Once the product is received and accepted by the customer, return or exchange will not be accepted, except in cases where there is a genuine product issue such as a wrong product, wrong color, damaged item, or manufacturing defect.

Return / Exchange Eligibility

Return or exchange will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Wrong size or wrong color delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Manufacturing defect found
  • Genuine product quality issue

If any of the above issues occur, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product. We may ask for clear photos or videos of the product to verify the issue.

Return / Exchange Will Not Be Accepted If

Return or exchange will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used
  • The product has been washed
  • The product tag or packaging has been removed or damaged
  • The product is not in its original condition
  • The customer ordered the wrong size or color and accepted the delivery
  • The customer changes their mind after receiving the product
  • Sale or discounted items, unless clearly mentioned as return eligible

Refund Policy

If a return is approved and the customer has already made payment, the refund will be processed within 7 working days after approval.

The refund will be made through the original payment method or any agreed payment method.

Please note that bank, payment gateway, or mobile financial service processing time may vary, and it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account.
